Мы не являемся творческой группой, мы — отдельные художники, разделяющие одну судьбу. Наши переживания — похожи, наш проект — синтез их выражений, симбиоз наших взглядов на искусство и происходящее вокруг.
До последнего момента никто из нас не предполагал, что нам потребуется покинуть родину. Это было шоком и трагедией. Наши прошлые перемещения не имеют значимости и никак не соотносятся с последним транзитом, который является уже духовным по своей природе.
Всего лишь пару лет назад в России было чуть легче дышать. Невозможно находится в стране, ведущей агрессивную внешнюю политику от наших имён. Невозможно находится в стране, преследующей нас за наши мнения. Решение уехать не было приятным, но было единственно верным.
Во время выставки находились в Бишкеке.
We are not a creative group, we are individual artists who happened to share a destiny. The way we reflect is common, our project is a synthesis of expressions of those reflections, symbiosis of our views on art and current situation.
We couldn't imagine we would have to flee our motherland until the very last moment. Shock and tragedy that is. Our past transits are irrelevant and have nothing in common with the last one. A transit that is spiritual by nature.
Just a few years ago it was easier to breathe in Russia.
It is impossible to stay in a country pursuing an aggressive foreign policy on our behalf. It is impossible to stay in a country that represses you for your own opinion. The choice to leave was bitter, but it was the right one.
