About the project
Авторский музыкальный сет, разгоняющийся от эмбиента до фьюча дансхолла — одновременно подвижный и экспериментальный. Сыгран на сэмплере Roland 404SP-SX и кассетном плеере Sony Walkman (WM-EX610). Объединяет композиции, сэмплы и лупы, записанные в Москве, Электростали и Бишкеке (а может, и ещё где-то), что позволяет проследить историю перемещений, личную эволюцию и деградацию. Или нет.
The author’s musical set, from ambient to future dancehall, is both mobile and experimental. It is played on a Roland SP-404SX sampler and a Sony Walkman cassette player (WM-EX610). It combines compositions, samples and loops recorded in Moscow, Elektrostal and Bishkek (and maybe somewhere else), which allows you to trace the history of movements, personal evolution and degradation. Or not.

Mi Croevkhas — диджей и музыкант. Музыка разнится от мутных эмбиент-текстур и лоу-фай-битов до джангла и препарированного дансхолла.

Выступал в московских НИИ и Mutabor, берлинском Loophole и питерском Dada. Собственная музыка и миксы звучали на Worldwide FM, BBC Radio 6, Resonance Moscow, Lahmacun, Udacha Mixtapes и New New World Radio.

Запустил лэйбл, серию виниловых/кассетных миксов и вечеринки Different Fashion, где диджеи и артисты из разных стран представляют своё видение термина dub continuum.

Работы выходили на Protopost (Италия), Formforum (США), Mindery (Россия — Великобритания), Skrot Up! (Дания, проект «Лес»), Absence of Wax (США, проект «Лес») и «Местности» (Россия, проект Microdog).

Родился (кстати, первая выставка РУБЕЖ состоялась в мой день рождения — 24 декабря) и до 14 лет жил в подмосковной Электростали. Затем с родителями переехал в Москву, вопреки собственному желанию, зато навстречу новой культурной среде. В октябре 2022 года оказался по понятным причинам в Бишкеке. Будущее туманно.

Mi Croevkhas is a DJ and musician. The music varies from muddy ambient textures and low-fi beats to jungle and dancehall.

I performed at the Moscow NII club and Mutabor, the Berlin Loophole and Dada in St. Petersburg. My music and mixes have been played on Worldwide FM, BBC Radio 6, Resonance Moscow, Lahmacun, Udacha Mixtapes and New New World Radio.

I have launched a label, a series of vinyl/cassette mixes and Different Fashion parties, where DJs and artists from different countries present their vision of the term "dub continuum".

My works have been published on Protopost (Italy), Formforum (USA), Mindery (Russia — UK), Skrot Up! (Denmark, the project "Les"), Absence of Wax (USA, the project "Les") and "Mestnosti" (Russia, the project "Microdog").

I was born on December 24 and lived in the Electrostal near Moscow until I was 14 (by the way, the first exhibition of RUBEZH took place on my birthday). Then my parents and I moved to Moscow, against my own will, but towards a new cultural environment. In October 2022, for obvious reasons, I found myself in Bishkek. The future is hazy.
